Creative Compass Society was formed by a group of dedicated volunteers with a goal to nurture the creative vibe in the village of Fort Langley by implementing a series of innovative projects fostering shared-learning opportunities across multiple arts disciplines.
The society’s mission is to develop creative programming and events, rooted in arts, theatre, music and film, that serve as a conduit for building confidence, forming connections and learning new skills. By connecting emerging talent with professional artists and community partners, the society aims to cultivate lifelong learning by establishing a sharing environment for cultural expression. Programs focused on the arts will also target youth to seniors through inter-generational activities, helping to improve their quality of life and social connectedness in the community.
